Founded in 1978 by Michael and Ilse Klimaszewski, First Western Realty, Inc. quickly became one of the premier
Real Estate and Full-Service Property Management companies in the Killeen, Copperas Cove, Harker Heights and Fort Hood areas.

Affiliated for many years with Gallery of Homes, First Western Realty, Inc. trained many of the finest realtors in Central Texas while
helping thousands of people just like you find their dream home.

First Western Realty, Inc. soon branched out into other related real estate pursuits adding  Home Inspection & Appraisal Service in 1984.

 continues to be a Family Owned and Operated enterprise.

Until his untimely death in November of 2007, Michael Klimaszewski continued to add to his real estate education and was licensed by the State of Texas as a Real Estate Broker,
State Licensed Professional Home Inspector,  State Certified General Appraiser, Master Senior Appraiser and held the following designations:
CRPI, MRA, MFLA, MSA.  He is greatly missed by all however his legacy continues through those he mentored.

Ilse Klimaszewski is a State Licensed Real Estate Agent, Certified Senior Asset Manager and Certified Senior Realty Counselor.

Bernard Klimaszewski joined the business in 1991 and is now a  State Licensed Professional Home Inspector.

Susan Klimaszewski joined the business in 1999 and became a State Licensed Appraiser 2005

Petra, Executive Assistant to our Senior Asset Manager and Heidi, our Maintenance Supervisor have been with the
Property Management Division  for many years.
